Gentle Yoga (including Yin & Restorative)

This soothing practice, suitable for people of all levels of experience, features gentle, slow-moving flows, followed by poses held for several minutes at a time to release tension in the tissues and contribute to an overall sense of wellbeing. We incorporate restorative poses into the practice with the usage of props such as blankets and blocks to support your body while facilitating deep relaxation.
