Gentle Flow

A class for people of all ages and abilities, regardless of previous experience with yoga and/or other forms of fitness. This class will focus on pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, and gentle movement to create space in the body.

Postnatal (Mum & Baby) Yoga & Pilates

This gently paced class incorporates yoga postures and Pilates moves to help stretch and strengthen your body while fostering a connection with your baby. A major focus in this class is on toning the deep inner core line of your body and releasing tension in the shoulders, upper and lower back, and your hips, thus helping you to develop greater awareness of your posture while picking up, holding, and carrying your baby. This class is suitable for babies from two months to walking.

Pregnancy Yoga

Yoga for Relaxation (Yin & Restore)

This soothing practice, suitable for people of all levels of experience, features poses held for several minutes at a time to release tension in the tissues and contribute to an overall sense of wellbeing.
